Montgomery 2320 Business Development Services LLC: Strategic Growth Overview & Future-Focused Impact Report
by M2320BDS 7-28-2025
Since our founding, Montgomery 2320 Business Development Services LLC has remained steadfast in its mission: to cultivate entrepreneurial leadership, advance small business ecosystems, and strategically respond to shifting economic realities through innovation, community, and integrity.
What began as grassroots business development sessions in Indianapolis has grown into a dynamic, multi-regional initiative impacting dozens of entrepreneurs, community leaders, and aspiring business owners. This is a snapshot of our evolving legacy and strategic roadmap moving forward.
2019–2020: Foundational Growth & Community Engagement
During this period, we planted seeds of transformation within the walls of Refinery 46 in Indianapolis, operating a full-time office and launching a series of small business masterminds under the Food By The Word brand. These sessions brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, seasoned professionals, and visionaries committed to actionable progress.
Through active membership in the Geist Networking Lunch Club (GNLC), we expanded our strategic alliances and shared resources, strengthening our regional business network. Over 50 entrepreneurs engaged directly with our services during this time, benefitting from curated sessions on personal growth, business planning, and collaborative strategy development.
2021–2022: Thought Leadership & Expanding Influence
Building on our momentum, we introduced the Montgomery 2320 Business Development Seminar Series, a collaborative platform showcasing diverse entrepreneurial voices. These annual seminars connected local leaders who shared candid stories of startup challenges, pivots, and innovations.
In 2022, we doubled down on our commitment to holistic empowerment with the Food By The Word Health Symposium, a standout event that brought together professionals from the fields of martial arts, yoga therapy, and acupuncture. This fusion of health and business wellness created a powerful learning experience and drew attendees from across the Midwest.
That same year, we hosted our second annual business development seminar, attracting a broader audience from across state lines and featuring an elite lineup of presenters.
2023: Strategic Relocation & Fort Wayne Market Entry
After three impactful years at Refinery 46, we officially relocated operations to our rural headquarters in Lagro, Indiana—a move designed to facilitate strategic expansion into Fort Wayne, while still maintaining our roots in Indianapolis.
The year culminated in our 3rd Annual Business Development Seminar, hosted at Electric Works in Fort Wayne, in partnership with local event coordinator Jessica Denney. Despite reduced participation due to broader cultural tensions and scheduling setbacks, the event proved to be a meaningful day of connection and insight, supported by last-minute speakers from both Fort Wayne and Indianapolis.
2024: A Strategic Pause and Recalibration
In preparation for a major leap, we assembled a planning committee and secured early commitment from Mathew Knowles as keynote speaker for our rebranded “Evolution 2025” Conference. However, as economic uncertainty grew and team capacity waned, we made the hard but strategic decision to cancel our 2024 conference and reset for 2025.
This pause was not a setback—it was a recalibration. With higher expectations and deeper insights, we are now re-engineering our event model to reflect the depth, innovation, and intentionality needed for the decade ahead.
2025 Mid-Year Strategic Outlook: From Indiana to Colorado and Beyond
Though we canceled our second-year conference due to the volatile socio-political and economic environment, 2025 has still marked a strategic inflection point.
This spring, we traveled to Colorado Springs, Colorado for an on-the-ground due diligence intelligence mission in partnership with Future Due Diligence LLP. Our findings resulted in a detailed portfolio overview that laid the groundwork for scalable business investments and long-term collaborations in the region.
As a result, we are now actively developing a new Indiana–Colorado Business Corridor, with the goal of launching:
• Entrepreneurial innovation labs
• Cross-regional business development workshops
• AI and IoT integration training
• Business literacy and leadership clinics
• Inclusive networking events designed to build long-term trust and equity
This corridor will connect two states through shared goals and mutual empowerment—equipping leaders to thrive in a complex global economy.
Our Ongoing Commitment to Accessibility and Innovation
Montgomery 2320 Business Development Services LLC continues to provide four hours of pro bono consulting per week, focused on helping under-resourced entrepreneurs and early-stage startups develop sustainable business models. These sessions frequently integrate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to future-proof small businesses for the digital age.
As we look ahead, we are committed to:
• Scaling ethical, community-centered innovation
• Championing economic equity
• Strengthening our network of entrepreneurial allies
• Creating educational and immersive experiences that lead to real outcomes
The Future Is Strategic, Not Reactionary.
In times of uncertainty, we lead with purpose—not panic. We build bridges where others see barriers. And we continue to evolve, one initiative at a time.
Montgomery 2320 Business Development Services LLC is not just a business development firm—we are a strategic force for economic inclusion, entrepreneurial excellence, and long-term community impact.
